Cannot activate Fences 5

I just purchased Fences 5 today, but each time I try to activate it *through the software*, I get an error message.  I was able to activate it on the website, but the software doesn't recognize the activation.

The error I receive states:

"Unable to activate Fences.  Please try again or contact support.  (Error code: -205)

Per the link:

This can happen when your computer name has non-Western characters or symbols in it. To avoid this, you would need to change the name of your computer so that it contains only Western characters and then try to activate it again.

My computer name doesn't include any non-Western characters, or symbols.  Please advise.

Okay, next please review your Fences 5 activation. Try deactivate old activation and try activation again.

If that don't work. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
