Object Desktop picks up old expiration date even though subscription renewed

I have been  a long-time user of Stardock software including object desktop.  My prior expiration date was 12/6/23.  I renewed my license on November 7, 2023 and according to the Stardock website, this license is set to renew on November 6, 2024..  When I went into Object Desktop on January 22, 2024, the program said I had an expired license and showed the prior expiration date of 12/6/23.  I forgot I had renewed my license about 2 months previously and again renewed my license on January 22, 2024 with an automatic renewal date of January 21, 2025.  However Object Desktop still shows (on January 23, 2024) I have an expired license.  Both of those renewals show the same license key.  I uninstalled Object Desktop and reinstalled and tried to activate with the current license key shown on my account on Stardock's website and Object Desktop is still showing that my license is expired as of 12/6/23.

Two issues I would like assistance with:

 1.  How do I get Object Desktop to recognize my current expiration date of January 21, 2025?

 2.  How do I merge my two subscriptions together so that only the latest is considered an auto payment subscription?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated and this has become quite frustrating trying to get the software to use my correct license expiration date so that I can use that software.  Thank you.

I will be glad to provide any additional information that might be needed to resolve this issue.
