Weird Duplicate Taskbar Icon Bug [Persistent after Reinstall & Updates]

A duplicate taskbar Icon appears for no reason randomly & it only gets fixed if I open the File Explorer. Then reappears sometime later. Over & over!

Look at the attached screenshot links above to see the problem.

It's been a constant annoyance for a while now. It randomly appears & only gets fixed if I open the File Explorer. Then reappears sometime later again. Over & over!

I thought I was on the latest, but I wasn't (was on 2.03). My bad.
