I purchased Object Desktop or something like it for fifty bucks. I bought Toon XP for nine bucks. Why can't I use Toon XP???? It doesn't appear to be a WindowBlinds theme nor a Desktop X theme...seems like pieces I'm supposed to know how to use without any instructions. I can't even figure out what program will recognize the file formats!

Help! I've been using Faus Toon and love it, but wanted to at least see what I (apparently) wasted nine dollars on!
