Remboursement de logiciels inadéquates et inappropriés

Bonjour Madame Monsieur,

j’ai acheté plusieurs logiciels sur votre site qui pour l’instant me convienne et fonctionne par contre le logiciels PDF pro 3 n’est pas compatible avec Windows 11 et le programme de mise à jour des pilotes qui me fait bugger mon ordinateur.

Je souhaite être remboursé pour ses 2 logiciels PDF pro 3 et le logiciel de mise à jour des pilotes.

I purchased several software on your site which for the moment suits me and works however the PDF pro 3 software is not compatible with Windows 11 and the driver update program which is causing my computer to crash.

I would like to be reimbursed for its 2 PDF pro 3 software and the driver update software.
