Start11 Taskbar Glitching

The taskbar will disappear while I'm using it. Sometimes it isn't very bad, like in the video. Sometimes it doesn't happen at all. Other times I have to completely restart the machine.

Here is a video, mainly demonstrated in the first 30 seconds. We then see it transition towards the end to not having any issues.

What scaling factor is your computer set to?

Also what happens if you disable taskbar button animations on the taskbar in Start11.

Oh and do you have it set to vertically centre taskbar buttons or not?

and finally what version of Start11 is this?

If you are not using it, there is a 2.06 beta thats the latest.

Did this ever get resolved?  I'm having the same issue and for me it seems to be related to the Snipping Tool.  After I create a snip it gets minimized so I have to maximize it and that's where the fun begins with the taskbar buttons sliding down and up for 5-10 sec before I can click on any of them.

I'm on Start11 v1.5. Win 11 22H2 OS Build 22621.3155.  Scaling is set to 100%.

Thanks,
Greg

What happens if you "Disable taskbar button animations"?

(What functionality do we lose by disabling these?)
End of gbrownclerk's quote

You lose the animations on the taskbar such as bouncing in when new windows are created.

I think "Disable taskbar button animations" is the culprit but I only see it when using the Snipping Tool.  Doesn't Start11 have special coding to handle the Snipping Tool?

Thanks
