Activating Software

This year or in 2024, I purchased a 5-Pack license for not only Start11 V2 but also Object Desktop. I used one of the Start 11 V2 licenses on a second computer. However, Start 11 V2 on the second computer is asking for a license. When I enter the license from the Start 11 V2 5-Pack, I receive a message that the software cannot be activated. I use the same email applied to the purchase. This is most frustrating! Any suggestions? Thank you.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Look like account issue. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
