Hi,

I bought Cursor FX software and it's working fine and the size of cursors on my laptop is looking fine but when I move my mouse's cursor to extended 4K monitor and the cursors are so big. How do I resize them on extended monitor smaller like my laptop? Please help!!

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. What is your Windows scale on both of your displays? (100%,125%,200%). Also need to know.

  • Windows full version number. Use Winver.exe
  • CursorFX 4.03, yes?
  • Issue on any Cursor Themes?

Laptop recommended display 125%, extened monitor display recommended 150%. I used exactly Windows recommended.

Windows 11 version 21H2 (OS build 22000.2777)

Yes, using CursorFX version 4.03

There is no others Cursor using.

You should consider updating to at least 22H2 and to be totally up to date 23H2.

Yes, I did. My cursors in my laptop is perfect size, as soon as I move to extended monitor. it's 3 times bigger.

If it's known issue from 2020, so 4 years now and still not yet to resolve. That's bad!!!
