Fences 4.x

I currently have the version 2 of fences. I work for the federal government. i am getting a new computer, and they said I can only have version 4.x. Is there a discount b/c i am a fences owner? Is there a 4.x? thanks!

Fences 4 no longer available for purchase from Stardock. There is Fences 5. There is discount offer for user with "upgrade" option.
