i want to uninstall Fensce 5 but i cant as it is runing and i cant go in to taskmanger to stop as it not there 

as it not in taskmager and i keep geting the ACTTAVE pop up 

Try this, try the purge part of this guide : [Link]. Just make sure to Reboot after the purge.

i  try the he purge part of this guide and it still dont work i need a temp key to actaviate to remove i thing like a trail key 

What don't work after the purge? The purge will remove everything related to Fences. Please elaborate more on what still appear after do the purge steps.

it remove the fencce but every time i move i icon that was in a fence it pop up with the actavition key pop up and all the files are still there 
do you want to remote in to PC to have a look?

I don't understand, once you done purge on Fences there should not be any fences appear on your system. So there should not be any popup asking for activation. Please check your Taskmanager and see if Fences still listed as one of Startup program. If so please disable it from start up. Than reboot your system.

All my settings are disabled, and no Fences process is running. However, when I move an icon, I still get the activation prompt, and it also pops up on boot.

What happens when you go to Add \ Remove Programs and uninstall Fences?
