The app doesn't activate

Hi there:)

Manufacturer: LENOVO

OS: Windows 11

Other apps - Start11, Fences 4, WindowsBlinds 11 - are activated,

but 3 apps - CursorFX 4, DeskSpaces 11, Groupy 2 - are not authenticated due to errors.

and

Can't the app be upgraded automatically from Fences 4 to Fences 5? Do I have to buy the app again?
