BOOT SCREEN HELP

I just downloaded the snoopy bootscreen.
It says it was imported and applied successfully, but when i restarted my computer to see if it worked i get hiss ugly pink screen. What can i do to make it work?

tell it to the author, maybe he made too many colors or too big/small dimensions.

yup, the SnoopyBoot.bmp is 640X480X256.. The image needs to be reduced to 16 colors in order to be used as a boot image for now.
