Order Could Not Be Accepted

I currently have a license for Groupy.  I have been prompted to upgrade to v2, which I would like to do.  I correctly enter my payment information and click the green "pay $x.xx" button and I get a red error message stating:

"We regret that your order could not be accepted.  We value your business and would like to help you complete this order.  Please contact us for assistance"

There is no link, and it appears impossible to simply contact you.  So I'm attempting to reach you this way.  Why won't you accept payment?  What is the problem?  How can I contact someone?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
