On start 11 v2 when you put the taskbar to the top explorer and the browsers can't expand past where the taskbar used to be on the bottom

I have to uncheck hide taskbar at the top and then restart Explorer and then pull down the browser or explorer to get it to go to the bottom of the screen every time and it's very annoying please fix this if you can.
