Start11 Fence4

It has been two years since I first purchased Start11 and Fence, but whenever I receive a pop-up notification for updates and attempt to update, the download stops midway and the updates cannot be completed.

 

For your reference, the current versions of Windows and Stardock products are as follows:

OS: Windows 11 Pro Version 23H2 (OS build 22635.3286)

Start11v2: 2.06

Fence4: 4.21

 

I am also Japanese and using from Japan. It is possible that the absence of servers in Japan is one of the reasons for this issue, so I kindly request a fix.

Although I understand that updates can be done through other methods, as I have resorted to reinstalling to update, it is quite cumbersome. Therefore, I would greatly appreciate it if you could address this issue.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, as a non USA resident user, I don't have any issue getting to my updates via my account download page. You just need to left click on your user  logo (top right)-> and click download. That should take you to your download page. You can download the software directly from there.
