SpaceMonger activation

Hi guy, need a little help

I just renewed my yearly licence for Object Desktop for 5 PCs.
on trying to activate SpaceMonger on a second pc I got the error message:

Unable to activate SpaceMonger, as it's currently active

on a different computer.

Click continue to deactivate the other computer and proceed

with activation on this computer.

You may also purchase another product key.

SpaceMonger has not been activated. Please go back to complete

 

activation.

I tried to get a refund for the product, but I got a copy and paste response from Sean Drohan Stardock Product Lifecycle Manager:

"Your Object Desktop renewal allows for 5 PC for all the apps included in it. Just be sure to use that key when activating."

I am still not able to activate the product.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please review this guide: https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#reviewactivations. Use the guide and check your SpaceMonger activation count. Deactivate old unneeded activation to create empty slot to activate new ones.
