Can't buy Fences.

Hello,
When i try to purchase Fences, I input my credit card details, when i press buy button i get this error:
"We regret that your order could not be accepted. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance."
I don't know what to do. Its extremely hard to contact Stardock, there is no email anywhere and im not from USA so i would prefer not to call "customer hotline". Can anybody explain to me what i should do now?
I have the money, I want to buy your product. Can somebody from stardock just take my money?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Thanks, an hour ago i created PayPal account, linked my credit card to paypal and payed that way. Sorry i took up your time.
PS I know You guys have your own procedures - but maybe i could suggest to include some link or something to this "error message" so next person does not have to go through a maze of a "support pages".
