Multiple monitors and opening apps

Is this possible via stardock

Apologies if this is not the appropriate avenue to find this answer. This doesn't happen natively on windows and it seems like there may be an app with stardock that can achieve my goal - I have two monitors and will open an app like an excel file on one monitor and want to compare it against another. So I go to the other monitor and open that excel file. It will open it on the first monitor because that is where the open instance of excel is. Is it possible to have it open on the second monitor where I opened the file?

From what I know, I don't think Stardock have any of its software that can do that.
