possible to turn Chamelon off for one fence?

I'd like one fence to be forever 'bold'

Just wondering if this is possible. I like Chamelon blending and giving my desktop a nice look, but there's one fence I'd like to keep open as a window on certain project. (actually I'd switch it to my current project) of course I could just open a windows folder but those are always cluttered and unpretty! So ideally I'd like one fence to be excempt from chameleon.

Hello,

Please try these setting. Open Fences configuration windows. Go to Personalization-> Drop down menu, select specific Fences name via drop down menu. Untick "Blend into wallpaper with Chameleon. That should do it. Refer screenshot below.
