need help pinning

I can no longer find any way to pin a folder or shortcut to the start. The ONLY way I can an find an option is actually in the start 11 menu or 'all programs', which only adds 'programs'. No other way I can find a 'pin to start 11'... which makes no sense because I HAD a folder there. The left side, I don't mean the right side.

I just removed the folder because it suddenly had a wrong link (an edit function would have helped!)...nothing has changed of course, folder has not moved since it was made months ago. Use it regularly...OK, guess I used to use it regularly...until...!

Now I'm lost as to HOW TO USE this program, as I see no instructions or manual and whatever obvious way I found to do it before Is alluding me...unless you removed it.

OK, I think I figured it out...geez! I add it to the 'start 11' "quick launch", then right click add from there, then delete from quick launch...which is a weird thing to name it in the first place, as the computer still has a right click for 'pin to quick launch' which of course does not go there. A different name would make sense...well to me it would have. So would an edit function on right click of folders in start 11 menu. Still no idea why the link fried...but then, I did recently update start 11 and windows, so no surprise there...lol.

I think that must be how I did it. Please...a manual? Let me know if there is one yet and I just can't find it.
Otherwise I think I'm good...relatively speaking...lol SMH

What version of Start11 are you using? What is the version of Windows you are using? With this info I can guide you in the right direction.
