My windows updated and now screensaver not working with deskscapes. I set it, then it doesn't work

Are you on Windows pro or Windows Home, if you on Windows Pro, sand box is available for you, you might just need to turn it on. Refer here on how to get to it.

But, if you wish not to test it in Windows Sandbox, please do let me know, I will then forward your issue to Support for further assistance.

You certainly know the risks of running insider builds of Windows on a production PC (The install itself warns repeatedly).  It is a near certainty that you have experienced issues with other 3rd party software. 

The primary goal of these insider builds is to find these very things, but not to report to the 3rd party in most cases, but to provide feedback to Microsoft that they possibly broke something.

Nope.  Fixed the windows issue and screensaver is working with windows screensavers, but NOT with deskscapes.
