if I buy new computer and i would have plan for 1 device can i change it for this new device?

Yes. You will need to deactivate it on the old device, and then you will be able to activate it on the new device.

Go to your Account downloads to make the Activation changes. Select the 3 dots on the product you want to deactivate.
