Unable to install Start11

I am trying to install Start11 v2.07.4 on Windows 11 Pro for Workstations version 23h2 build 22631.3447. As soon as I start the installer I get a warning dialog box that says.

Your computer must be rebooted in order to complete the
installation, Would you like to reboot your system now?

The only option is OK which doesn't reboot the computer. After manually rebooting I see Start11 is not installed. When running the installer again the same thing happens.

A couple month ago I had previously successfully installed the trial version but uninstalled it when the trial ran out.

I don't know what to try next. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.
