What do you mean by in-house records?
Are you saying that there is no solution to this problem at the moment?
Logged internally mean that the issue can reproduce in our side. And, Support log it, so that Dev will have to look at the issue and try to resolved the issue. Hopefully it will be resolved in the next upgrade version.
As a note, this appear on Japanese and Chinese Simplified Windows display language. And, it does not appear on English Windows Display language.

I understood what you meant by internal records.
I am very happy with the start11 features.
Is there any way to solve this problem by downgrading the version or something?
I tested on older version and the issue was also there. So I believe, it is no point to revert to older version. What you can do is to wait for newer version with this issue resolved. Or, you can, temporary, disable Start11 search and use default Windows 10 search.
