problem with fences after update

I did the update, activated the free one month trial but when I double click on my screen to make the fences disappear it doesn't work, this page appears

Sorry to hear you are having issues. You're updating from what version to which version? If it is updating to V5.5 Beta. I don't think Beta version is available for trial.

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.
