Start 10 Upgrade - order cannot be processed

Trying to get a Start 10 --> Start 11 upgrade. I have a valid license key and my original Start 10 order is listed in order history.

From within Start 10 app, I'm prompted to upgrade:

- enter a valid email

- upgrade cost is calculated

- select pay by cc, enter cc info

- order rejected

- select pay by paypal

- order rejected

Pls advise - this is a bit frustrating. Had a similar problem when I order my second licnese earlier this year.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

What's going on? I submitted a request via the support link:
- no response from Stardock
- not even a confirmation email
- and no way to access my ticket

This is a joke, right?

I just realize you raised the ticket around 14 hours ago or less, yes? And Stardock just start their day, just few hours ago, please be patience.
