(Solved) Start11 no longer comin up when I press the start button or the windows button on my keyboard

Hi,

I'm on the latest vsn of Start11 on windows 11. I don't use this PC that often so can't say for certain when the issue arose but today when I pressed the on-screen start button (bottom left corner) it just brought up the normal windows start menu, rather than the Start11 menu (which I have looking like Win 7 just because I like its simplicity). Pressing the Win key did the same. 

I'm tempted to reinstall it but have had an issue in the past with it not reactivating.

Any thoughts?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system.

  1. Windows 11 full build number. Use Winver.exe
  2. Start11 full version number.
  3. Post a screenshot on your Start11->Control tab: Something like screenshot below.

Hi,

Thanks for coming back so very quickly. I didn't think anyone would be around today to respond so just took the plunge and installed in. And it did activate for which I'm grateful, and it's sorted itself out.

Just one of things I guess.
