Did I get short changed?

I renewed 25 days before renewal was due and now my next renewal is 25 days sooner next year.

Just wondering why I would ever renew early again. My ObjectDesktop license was due to expire in June. So, I renewed now. Now my next renewal is May 22, 2025. I think I got cheated out of the 25 days left on my current subscription.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I believe this should not happen, Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
