Start 11 v2 not changing start menu

I recently purchased and installed (new install, not an upgrade) Start 11 v2 but the start menu has not changed after choosing the style I want. I'm currently running Windows 11 23H2 Build 22631.3593.

 

This is what I've tried so far:

1. Made sure I don't have any other software to change the Start Menu or Explorer.

2. Uninstalled S11, restarted the PC, and reinstalled S11 as Admin, and restarted my PC again to no avail.

3. Tried to download the beta version from Object Explorer, but the option to download beta versions was not showing in OE's settings as shown here

4.  Made sure that "clicking start button" and "pressing windows key" options in S11 show "Start 11 menu". I've tried changing it to Windows menu and then back to S11.

5. Toggled S11 off and back on.

 

I don't know what else to do :(

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Is this a fresh newly install Windows 11? If so and still you have issue, please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.
