I was wondering: How can I help WinCustomize?

I came on the site earlier and find a database error and the first thing I thought was "Oh no not again!"

But it gave me an idea to ask what can I do to help here to make this place function better or be an overall nicer smoother running site.

I have suggestions for myself... but I would like to here others suggestions. I guess this could be the "How to Make WinCustomize Better" thread.

How to make WinCustomize a better place:

1) If you see a major error, like a database connection error, please email me and CC KarmaGirl, Nakor, Frogboy and any other Stardock personell that you have an email address for.  This way the problem can be brought to our attention soon and be fixed as soon as possible.

2) If you see a non major error please just send an email to me or to [email protected]

3) If you have suggestions for the site please try and put all your suggestions together and send me an email.  Chances are I will not be able to do anything right away but I do read those suggestions and file the good ones away in my to do list.  WinCustomize will be getting a major overall in the up and coming months so now is a good time to put those suggestions together.

4) Don't flame people.  Not even the idiots.  You can calmly explain your position but being rude to others just makes the message boards look unfriendly.  If you see someone getting out of hand with what they are posting then email any Admin or Stardock personell and let them know Who and what message (URL) the offending comments have been made.

5) Find away to clone myself so I can spend more time coding WinCustomize!

T-man's points of interest each have a lot of content covered by each if one sits back and looks at them a bit...


but what I want to know is who left his door unlocked and unguarded long enough for him to escape?
