Oh yes, sorry I meant Stardock Start11 v2 indeed.

I believe, Start11v2 will check for update automatically (unless you turned it off) and will inform you if there is update available. Or you can come to Start11 official Stardock forum from time to time to check if there is update available: https://forums.stardock.com/forum/1148
