Possible Job Legitimacy

I was reached out by Josh Andrews regarding a job opportunity as a 3D Artist (remote position) the email is [email protected].

 

My team leader is "Greg Wortham". I am a part of team C. I just want to verify if this is a legitimate opportunity as I do not see it on the Careers page on Stardock's official site and I do not see Greg in the "People" section on LinkedIn. 

 

Also, in the email I was sent it says Josh Andrews is the HR Director in the signature and on LinkedIn it says he is the IT person. I recently had an interview via teams on Wednesday, June 12th.

 

They are asking me to buy pretty steep price point items like IPhone 15 Pro Max 512gb, IPad Pro 2021 12.9 gb inches 256gb and I will be reimbursed with a check from the startup funding provided by the company. They said they won't be mailing out a check "due to the unavailability of the company dispatcher". I am being very cautious with job opportunities as I have almost been scammed before, thank you!
