Prob not the right place to report bugs but not got time to look for the right place...
BUG: Corvette's hit points are flat currently, not multiplier like they should be... arguably multiplier 25% is a bit low when it does work they only have 8 hit points....
Bugged current version 8+0.25 (rounded to 0.3) = 8 hit points... (Need 0.5 to round up) - When you fix it to intended it will be 8 x 1.25% = 10 Hit Points.
Balance...
The Officers satellite 200% bonus and Top Gun Academy 70% are ridiculous imo - This encourages combat ships to only be built from 1 or 2 shipyards only - okay on tiny galaxies but then too big an advantage against AI which isn't smart enough to follow suit.
In my games I modded Orbitals to 10% hit point bonus, officers to 20% and Top Gun Academy to flat 2 hit points (only beneficial to fighters/bombers in long run - Evasion bonus would prob be better)
Though my modded bonuses are small the satellites are still well worth building - The bonuses really don't have to be excessive.
I appreciate you taking the time to write these out, ill make sure the report is shared
