How to lock fences?

Fences used to allow locking into place. I can't find that toggle anywhere now. has the feature been removed? if so, why?

As for the "Fences Lock" function, it was removed on Fences 5. But, you can use this guide to bring it back: https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1621360668/Show+%22Lock+Fences%22+in+Fences+5
