Unable to register Fences product

Hello.

 

I purchased your Fences 3 product on August 5, 2018 (Order number: 4237935) and today I installed it again on my old computer, but when activating it I kept getting the message "Invalid email address to receive the product key", I'm not sure what the problem is because the product key was copied from my email. I checked the product key and e-mail address and they were both correct, so I finally had to register an account on your website.

 

But when I log in to register the product it keeps saying "The serial entered is registered to another account." I think there might be a problem, would you help me with this?

 

PS: Incidentally, I purchased Fences 5 again on February 17, 2024 (order reference: STARDOCK240217-6342-16316), but when I register the product in my account, the same message "The serial entered is registered to another account." appears. This is very strange.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
