Unable to install FENCES

ERROR message it is already on another computer

I have Windows 11 pro and had to reinstall the operating system due to a virus.  I was able to re-install the Stardock programs I use, but when I attempted to reinstall the FENCES program, I received an error message that said that it was already on another computer.  I only have one computer, and it is not on another computer unless it was stolen. 

Can you provide me with a with a fix for this problem?
