Unable to register, unable to use.

I purchased the product before I had an account. I attempted to activate automatically. A failure. The option to upload the REQ was next. Again failure. I then created an account. I attempted to register through that method. Again a dismal failure. I'm beginning to think this was all a scam.

Did you receive an email with your Product Key?

If you use your email address on that email and the product key, you should be able to activate the software.

Did you create the account with the same email address you used when you purchased?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I just deactivate and reactivate my Start11v2 without issue, please try activation again. If it still fail please report back and we can look into other possible issue.
