  1. Is this a new issue? If its a new one, what changed in your system?  New issue:  No changes in my system
  2. Mode details, please.   Standard Fences setting a few roll-ups and desktop portals

Thank you for those information, need few more details.

  1. Is the PC on Corporate system? Do you have specific Security application such as Websense/Forcepoint running in your system?
  2. Do you also having this issue when you plug in external monitor, something happening on that Fences 5 thread?
  3. If you do a Windows Sandbox test, do you see the issue also happening while in there? : https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#sandbox
