CursorX keeps reverting after hibernate

It won't stay

All of a sudden CursorX won't stay with my configuration.  After every resume from hibernation I have to reapply it.  this seems to be since the last MS update.  Thoughts?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more:

  1. Windows full version and OS Build number. Use Winver.exe.
  2. CursorFX version number.
  3. What changed recently other then Windows update, new software update or install new software etc.

CursorFX  version is 4.03 

as far as I know nothing changed but the update.. 

CursorFX is set to run at startup according to the task manager.  Sleep does not seem to affect it.  I was hoping it was something obvious or common, but I guess that is not the case.

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.
