How to create a new folder on desktop with Fences3 installed

Hi there

It seems that I cannot create a new Windows folder on the desktop or inside an existing Fence 3 square. This is too bothersome. Is there a way?

Here is what I get when I right click on my desktop. The option to create new folder is there. What do you see when you right click on your desktop?

Sorry but I do not know how to attach a link which is in a folder in my compouter and will show you what the right click on the screen shows.

Can you instruct me  this?

 

Anyway there is no anywhere the "NEW" button and therefore the "FOLDER" as you show in your message.

You can use Snipping tools to take screenshot. Save the picture and use one of these two icons to post picture in the forum.

As you can see no NEW or FOLDER.. I have checked every button there but no New Folder exists.

Also the last one  MORE OPTIONS shows the same options with the above.

The INSERT IMAGE  that you suggested doesnt exist. Only the + sign exists.

Look like you have issue with your Windows but not with Fences. I believe you will still have this issue if you uninstall Fences.
