Change the icon of a menu item

Hi,

I would want to change the icon of a menu item. The method that Windows has used in the past includes looking for another executable and selecting it, which then causes the icon to change. I had hoped that Stardock could have a new way to do that, but I was unable to find an answer. Does anyone on this site know what the answer is?
