Start11 task bar on top not accounted for in fences

When we move the taskbar on top of the screen first using Start11, and then we install Fences, it creates the default fences but the top one is too high and we can't reach it's title bar to move it were we want...

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. You could set your taskbar to the bottom adjust those top fence. Save the layout. Than change back the taskbar to top.

Thanks for your reply.  It’s obviously what I did, but the purpose of my message was to tell you about this little issue, so you can get it fixed so future new users don’t have it too
