Fences stopped working for me after moved to Windows 11

Hi,

Few months ago I moved to new laptop with Windows 11 and from that point Fences stopped working for me.
At that time I had Fences 3 so I moved to Fences 5 but it still not working for me.
I have tried to re-install (with restart between) and also I have tried the purge script and to re-install but nothing works for me.

i keep getting below message:



I have tried to "Enable" it but nothing happened. I still keep seeing this:

Edition Windows 11 Enterprise
Version 22H2
OS build 22621.3880

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. First, please try this: purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

Moving forward, need to know more on your system.

  1. Need to know if you on ARM base CPU system?
  2. Need to know if you on Corporate system and there is special security system install such as Forcepoint?

I am on Corporate system and I do have Forcepoint.

Is there a way for me to pass this system or I will need to talk with my company?
(Fences used to worked before on other company laptop that i had and maybe even this one for some time)

It is known that Fences don't work properly with Forcepoint. You might need to get your company tech to set Forcepoint to whitelist Fences.
