Okay. In some of the skins, there's this thing in the picture. For the sake of this post, I'll refer to the YinYang Suite, since that's the one I'm using. At the top of the preview picture, there is a bar, that says "Toolbar" and has some stuff on it. But.. what is it? The description says "ToolBar Icon Support" but... what exactly is it? >.< Yes. I feel very stupid right now.

Don't use the Window taskbar, but shouldn't that be LEFT-CLICK and drag?

I've tried making my own. But it won't let me move outside of the taskbar.


same here but i am not worried about it as OD takes care of all that.

Eh.. I just tried OD.. I didn't like it. That's kind of what i'm looking for, jsut not the same thing. Kinda like asking for a bagel and getting a doughnut.. xD

lol.. I finally figured it out. You guys had half of it right. I just got confused. It wasn't a software thing or anything like It hought. I had to put the Desktop toolbar in the startbar, and it let me move that to the top.
Then i just added my own, and got rid of the Desktop. XD


And yes.. I do feel like a dumbass.

In order to pull a toolbar off the taskbar make sure it is set to "show title"
once you dock it up top you can then again disable "show title"
