Frequent requests to activate software

The problem I'm experiencing is the need to activate the software frequently, at intervals of 3-5 days .

Since I subscribe to an annual membership of Object Desktop, Fence, start11, these software, always need to be activated.

 

Firstly, let me describe my situation.

I had previously ordered an annual membership of Object Desktop in January 2023, but I didn't renew it. I ordered another annual membership of Object Desktop. 

So, currently I have two subscriptions on my account.And Two order use a same email.

I don't know, if this is the problem, please help to check.

Also, I tried the method in the support documentation, but it didn't work because the file couldn't be found.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. First, on the issue of "keep asking for activation", please check if you have a cleaner software that delete the activation/license files periodically. Software such as EaseUS Clean Genius has been reported doing that. Refer here: https://forums.stardock.com/523986

As for your multiple ObjectDesktop licenses issue, its an account issue, please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
