Click "Enter Product Key", but nothing happens

I have purchased Fences5 to install on my work PC, so admittedly this is probably something security related.  When I get the screen where I can choose "Enter Product Key", "Purchase Product Key" or "Start 30 Free Trial", and I click "Enter Product Key", nothing happens.  Also, if I try to choose "Start 30 Day Trial", and try to enter my email address, I get "Unable to activate Fences" (Error Code: -11)

Since I can't get past the "Enter Product Key" to get to the offline activation, is there any way I can get this activated?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

Thanks.  I was able to verify our company firewall is blocking the traffic.  :(
