Can't remember account email

I have my product key

I had to get a new work computer with Microsoft 11 yesterday. Fences didn't come over when IT transferred everything. I have had Fences for YEARS, and I can't remember the email I used for that account or if I even have that email anymore, but I did save my product key from the last time I had to get a new computer.

How can I download Fences without remembering the email and enter my old product key to install it on this new computer? Without Fences, my desktop looks like an explosion happened on my screen. It's giving me a lot of anxiety, and I need Fences back ASAP! LOL

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the"Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
