Paid Twice

Hi,

Yesterday (21st), I logged into my computer, and all of my Stardock stuff stopped working. In fact, CursorFX crashed my entire system by trying to flash up the "product activation" window. This was a bit ridiculous, as it doesn't allow you to do ANYTHING until you enter the product activation key, which of course, I couldn't as I needed to access my password manager ... which CursorFX wouldn't let me do.

Anyway, that is a bit beside the point. The point is clearly my subscription had expired yesterday. Even in Object Desktop, there was a button prompt to "Renew", so I did. I went to your website, and renewed for another year ($39.99). I did notice that my subscription in my account said it was due to renew today (22nd). but I assumed renewing a day early would cancel that .... but apparently, it did not ! I just logged in this morning, and I see you have charged me AGAIN for the renewal ($24.10).

Could you please refund me the one I got yesterday, that I apparently didn't need ? Also, why does your software stop working 1 full day BEFORE your accounting renews my subscription ? It's a but silly having to go without any of your software for a day ! Also, why does CursorFX aggressively stop my laptop from working until I had to cancel via the Task Manager ?
