activation of groupy 2 on second computeer wont activate

says the email address doesn[t correspond to the license

I have a license to groupy 2 good for 5 installs.

I went to install it on a second windows computer. I input the correct license and email address, copied directly from stardock, and the groupy program says the email address doesn't match the license.

But that is the correct email for my account and the correct license key,  the same in both my receipt and my stardock account purchase history.

I have to admit spending well over an hour trying to install this software is not making me love stardock!  
(also there is another weird issue, different. To log into my online stardock account, I have to first log in with the correct user name and password.  I then get an error message saying some program on the server crashed.  Then I click on the stardock logo to go the home page and I am logged in.  Not reassuring about the quality control at Stardock.  I only learned the work around by reading posts from other users from quite a while ago!)

Sorry to hear you are having issues. First try reviewing your activation count and see if you have not exceed the activation count. Here are steps on how to do it: https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#reviewactivations. There are steps in there on how to deactivate old activation if you indeed need to.

If that is not the issue, than it most probably be an account issue. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "product not receive" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
