Cannot use Fences 5 after purchasing and installation. Activation failed!

Dear,

I have purchased Fences 5, and entered the product key to activate it, it showed Fences has been successfully activated, but then it turned out to be Fences deactivated. Please see the attached pictures for details. I could not use Fences 5 now in my laptop, every time when I try to use Fences 5, I was asked to input product key again, it is quite annoying, could you please help me out, thanks very much in advance.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, yes, currently, I believe, Fences has not be release for ARM base system yet. To use Fences on ARM base system you will need to get the Object Desktop license.

Thanks a lot for feedback, does that mean I have to purchase Object Desktop license to use Fences 5 in my laptop? 

I do not think that is a good solution to me if so, I have to pay extra money to use Fences 5, which is too much. I would like to get the refund, is that ok? Looking forward to your feedback, thanks in advance.

At this moment, Object Desktop subscription is only solution for Fences 5 on ARM base system. For refund please raise support ticket using the link below, Click on "Refund". Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
